About SOV

Hi, we are -- State of Verity (SOV) -- a Christian music band.

Our band/ministry is inspired to make music about God’s good news – see John 3:16. Save for the core members, the band also takes on and collaborates with other like-minded individuals to speak to one another with psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit. And to make music from our hearts to the Lord (Ephesians 5:19). 

We humbly hope that God will use our music to reach out to others with the gospel message. And that our songs will edify and serve the body of Christ. 

We are signed to Soundsong Records and will be releasing 2 singles soon (Jesus, Son of Man was released on 5 Jan 18). They will be available on streaming services such as Youtube and Spotify, and are available for purchase on itunes and other digital distribution outlets. 

Current Members:

Petrus is the founding member of SOV. He plays bass, guitar, and sometimes sing.  

Sandra occasionally sings in the band. She delivers her vocals in a clean and sunny way. She loves trawling through Spotify for the latest tunes, and spending time with her dog, Wee-boy.
